Inner kettle Ø630 mm, 397 mm deep made completely of extremely corrosion-resistant chrome nickel steel (1.4404) (AISI 316). Heat up time 21 min. Regulation via manual steam valve (Type of protection: IPX6). Double-walled hinged lid and mixer tap as standard. Emptying via safety drain cook at the front. Fittings: Steam valve DN 25, air valve, safety valve. For steam generator installation on site. Nominal thermal load: 31 kW (50 kg/h), steam pressure connection 0.5-0.8 bar. Heat emission sensitive: 1.1 kW, latent: 6.2 kW. Accessories: extra large drain cock 1½" made of chrome nickel steel, 1 drain filter, 1 Mixer tap with outlet R¾" (DN 20).
