Moulded steel basin with large corner radii – seamlessly and tightly welded into the top plate. Basin 630x510 mm for 2x1/1 gastro norm containers up to 200 mm deep (price does not include containers). Main switch, thermostat, control lamp, tubular heating elements, mains connection, IPX 5. Thermostatic temperature regulation – indirect heating ensures easy cleaning. Optionally equipped for connection to a power optimization system, according to DIN 18875, with potential free contact. Optional accessories: 1 rotatable water inlet tap R½", 1 shelf insert (2 are required).
