Greater heating capacity ensures even heat distribution and minimal temperature fluctuation when loading with cold food. A long service life is ensured by low heating element temperature and effective heat insulation. A safety temperature limiter for reliable overheating protection. Griddle plate with fat collecting drawer with splash protection. Main switch, thermostat, control lamp, safety temperature thermostat, SUPRA contact heating elements, mains connection, IPX4. Heat emission sensitive: 2.4 kW, latent: 2.9 W. Equipped as standard with interface for connection to an energy optimization system according to DIN 18875 and potential free contact. Optional accessories: 1 Splash guard, 1 Griddle plate scraper for smooth and ribbed griddle plates, 1 Fat drain plug, Appliance foot, 200 mm high, pluggable +/– 15 mm height adjustable (4 feet).
