Frying surface 500x540 mm of smooth heat resistant steel. Appliance with two separate heating zones. Griddle pan with frying pan made completely of chrome nickel steel 1.4404 (AISI 316). Supra contact heating elements for optimal heat distribution and short heating up times. Greater heating capacity ensures even heat distribution and minimal temperature fluctuation when loading with cold food. Frying surface is tightly welded ensuring maximum hygiene. Fat collecting container approx. 4 litres. Main switch, thermostat, control lamp, safety temperature thermostat, SUPRA contact heating elements, mains connection, IPX 5. Equipped as standard with interface for connection to an energy optimization system according to DIN 18875 and potential free contact. Optional accessories: splash guard, fat drain plug, griddle plate scraper for smooth and ribbed griddle plates; appliance foot, 200 mm high, pluggable +/– 15 mm height adjustable (4 feet).
