Efficient heat insulation. Space between hot plates less than 35 mm making moving of heavy cookware much easier. Oven, interior chamber and oven door made of chrome nickel steel. Electric oven: 535x520x250 mm. Direct upper heat, indirect lower heat, 50-300°C. Internal tubular heating element for upper heat. Indirect lower heat controllable by a thermostat, with control lamp, control switch and safety temperature thermostat. Optionally equipped for connection to a power optimization system with potential free contact. 1 Special roasting and baking tray 1½ GN, granite enamelled, 40 mm deep, 1 CNS oven grid 1½ GN.
