Temperature regulation from 50° C to 270°C. Pilot light and temperature indicator light. Grooved satin finish steel plate occupying the entire worktop surface with flush splashguard. Slightly inclined cooking surface with a large hole to allow drainage of liquid into an appropriate waste container.
