Execution in stainless steel AISI 304. Griddle plate made out of mild steel FE 510, thickness 20mm. Big waste hole complete with food pan GN for model with cabinet and drawer for portable model. 2 or 3 heating zones, individual controlled between 50° and 250°C. Advised temperature: fish 160°/180°C, meat 190°/230°C. Portable model. Equipped with hand rail on chef side. Excellent completion for show cooking.
