Execution in stainless steel AISI 304. Griddle plate 1150x525 mm made out of mild steel FE 510, thickness 20mm. Big waste hole complete with food pan GN for model with cabinet and drawer for portable model. Gas valve integrated with security pilot flame. On three sides chimney with holes for gas evacuation. Advised temperature: fish 160°/180°C, meat 190°/230°C. Portable model. Equipped with hand rail on chef side. Excellent completion for show cooking.
