Cake is a refrigerated pastry display which gives a wide visibility to the displayed products thanks to its line. The working plate is made of granite, while the display surface is in stainless steel AISI 304 equipped with drawers. It has three intermediate non-refrigerated shelves with lighting only on the top and a front curved glass opening downwards. All the glasses are made of tempered glass. The plastic pan for the collection of defrost water has to be emptied manually. Different colours available as per colour chart. 25°C r.h. 60%. Climatic class 3 H2. Bottom-hung glass; upper glass; LED lighting; Display area in stainless steel; Standard working plate in granit (Rosa Beta).
