Vegetable preparation machine with easy to feed leaning design and full moon shaped 5.7 litre feed cylinder with 62 mm inner wall, made to process up to 15 kg/ minute or 1 500 portions/day. Machine has one speed 360 rpm. Machine base and feed cylinder made of aluminium alloy. Planetary gearing. Thermal protection. Machine has aluminium pusher plate with loop shaped stainless steel handle for leverage effect (Ergo-loop) and a built-in tube feeder of 59 mm in diameter. Manual push feeder. Efficient start/stop function for continuous feeding. Cutting tools are made of stainless steel/aluminium with removable knifes/plates and are 215 mm in diameter. A precise and clean cut. 0.75 kW motor rotate the cutting blade clockwise and direct without intermediate belts. Machine for slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, cutting julienne and French fries.
