Table top vegetable preparation machine with easy to feed leaning design and full moon shaped 3 litre feed cylinder, made to process 7 kg/minute or 50-700 portions/day. Machine has one speed 350 rpm. Machine base, feed cylinder and pusher plate made of aluminium alloy. Planetary gearing. Thermal protection. Machine has aluminium pusher plate with aluminium handle and a built-in tube feeder of 56 mm in diameter for elongated products. Optional feeder enables angle cut slices. Efficient start/stop function for continuous feeding. Cutting tools are made of stainless steel/aluminium/fiberglass reinforced polyaminde/acetal with removable knifes/plates and are 185 mm in diameter. Ejector plate: acetal. A precise and clean cut. 0.25 kW motor rotate the cutting blade clockwise and direct without intermediate belts. Machine for slicing, dicing, shredding, grating and cutting julienne.
