Vacuum 42 is a compact vacuum sealer with external suction, completely made of AISI304 stainless steel, fitted with a 420 mm sealing bar with double 3.5 mm welding resistance and 30 l/min (1,8 mc/h) self-lubricating piston pump, maintenance-free. Maximum vacuum bags width: 400 mm. Suitable for packing of solid and dry products with use of channelled vacuum bags and liquid or crushing-sensitive products inside vacuum containers. Impurity filter to protect the vacuum pump, suction side. Automatic cycle start by lowering the upper lid; automatic opening at the end of the cycle by solenoid valve. Vacuum sensor for automatic run of the packaging cycle (sealing starts automatically when maximum vacuum is reached). Manual operating mode (manual sealing activation). Four adjustable sealing intensity levels. Suction tube and "Pump"-operating mode for vacuum packing inside rigid vacuum containers included. Ideal for small producers of cured meats, or food retailers (cheese, cured meats, etc.), for small pieces-single servings.
