Totally manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel casting bowl. Touch panel colour. Very robust construction to prevent vibrations. Equipped with safety brake on the knives. Equipped with 2 independent motors, 2 knives speeds and 2 bowl speeds. Slow mixing speed in both directions. Equipped with 3 blades (optional 6 knives). Bowl cleaning switch. Digital thermometer included. Variable knive speed: 1.000 rpm to 3.000 rpm. Variable bowl: 12 rpm to 24 rpm. Options: extra 3-knives head, extra 6-knives head, equipped with 6 knives instead of 3.
