Tank capacity 35 l, boiler capacity 19 l. Water connection: 10-20ºC, rinsing - 80-90ºC. Pressure 2-4 bar. Washing capacity: 600-800 trays/hour. Tray dimensions: 530x325 mm Gastronorm, 526x370 mm Euronorm, 530x375 mm Veskanorm. Working height 880 mm min. Water consumption per hour: 120 Lt/h. V-600 and V-1200 tray-washing machines are made of very high quality materials. The trays are washed by passing through the washing, rinsing and drying zones, at a speed that can be regulated up to 10÷12 meters per minute. The leaning position of the trays allows to remove easily the dirty. The final drying (double in V-1200 model) is made by a “triple air blade” system which removes any layer of water from the tray and dries it completely. Body and panels are made of stainless steel; Soft-touch electronic control panel with digital display of the temperatures of inlet, washing and rinsing water - the display gives informations about functions and possible alert and allows to check always the different work phases.; PCB Board programming which allows to act on different parameters to adapt to any washing requirement; Washing and rinsing zones with upper and lower stainless steel arms easily removable; Automatic drain of the washing tank; A geared allows to regulate the trays flux. Pressed tank with leaning bottom and rounded edges for the highest hygiene. 3 kW tank heating element, 15 kW rinse heating element, 0.75 kW washing pump, 15 kW geared motor.
