Stainless steel body 18/10 AISI 304. Double skin with insulation. Use: located at the machine input, it draws the vapour coming out from the machine by means of a 0.19 kW exhauster, and makes it pass through a cooling battery, feeded with cold water and condenses it. The water is recovered into the pre-wash unit if existing. N.B. In case the machine is not provided with a drying tunnel, it is advisable to place the present equipment at the dishwasher output, too. Cold water consumption at a pressure of 2 BAR: 60÷120 lt/hour. Cooling battery: finned surface mq 21,9; ejected air 800 mc/h; cold water 12 °C. Dimensions: increase in the machine height of 400÷520 mm; increase in the machine length of 200 mm. For mod. M115, M150, M130 and M180 couple with PM. For mod. Matic10, M150, MA-10, MA-20, MA-33 on EXIT couple with PM. In case of use with demineralized water (osmosi - system) – upon request!
