The by-pass management is manual. It has the memory for 80 recipes. It is equipped with digital displays for the visualization of the water quantity and for the temperature measured by the external probe. Mixing is set by the regulating knob. Water delivery at 1 bar and 20 ºC is 18 l/min. Water delivery at 5 bar and 20 ºC is 40 l/min. Max water entry temperature is 65ºC.
