Reinforced self-emptying spiral mixers composed of spiral mixer with fixed bowl and hydraulic bowl lifter, fitted with double spiral transmission, reinforced spiral motor, straight breaking column without feet, control panel at choice between: two electromechanical timers or electronic control panel + bypass selector, mobile bowl cover at choice among: transparent shockproof PMMA mobile bowl cover, stainless steel grid or ABS mobile bowl cover. Tilting height: onto table positioned at 1400 mm. This line is suitable for stiff dough mixtures with an hydration up to 45% with European flour and for an artisan use (10/12 hours per day).
